Sambalatte is an eco-conscious business that serves delicious coffee & teas, freshly made coffee & pastries while supporting local organic partners.  The mission is to make a conscious contribution to the welfare of the local community and provide a place to sip and socialize.   The coffee will be locally roasted, purchased from the farmers who grow the best beans available and supporting those who are using Fair Trade, Sustainable Production and Organic products whenever possible to help the carbon foot-print.
